Gene McCarthy is a well known and respected leader whose career spanned forty years in the athletic and outdoor industries. He has held executive and C-suite positions for legendary global brands including Nike, the Jordan Brand, Under Armour, Timberland and Merrell. His most recent role was as president and CEO of ASICS Americas.He has served on various boards such the the City Tutors, which provides tutoring and mentoring for the underprivileged in the five boroughs of New York and he is the chairman of FootBalance System, a foot health company based in Helsinki, Finland.A native of the Bronx, Gene was a Division One All-American in track and field at Fordham University and an Olympic Trials semi-finalist.

Recently he penned his first book called CHASING FOUR: A Personal History of Work and Play.

Pablo is the Founder and CEO of Impossible Sensing and a world expert in spectroscopy.  He has invented sensors to explore the solar system and the deep sea and commercialized spin-off solutions in energy, agriculture, and critical minerals markets. Pablo has also managed over $12 million in NASA awards as PI of NASA’s MFRP, PSTAR, MatISSE, and SBIR Programs.  And over $20 million in other federal government and industry contracts. He has founded four startups in US and Canada.  His start up  develops projects involving: fundamental research, proof-of-concept studies, and prototype design and science and technology demonstrations in the field.

She founded Tech Strategies Group LLC, advising on business models and strategies. Previously, Peggy held various engineering and executive roles at Motorola, shaping public safety broadband strategies and advancing wireless technologies. Her career reflects a commitment to empowering innovators and driving sustainable, cutting-edge solutions across academia, start-ups and industries.

Dace Campbell has led landmark projects at AUTODESK and programs at the intersection of XR and sustainability, and his projects have been recognized with multiple awards for furthering industry excellence, including four AIA Technology and Practice BIM Awards and the Microsoft HoloLens AEC Use Case of the Year Award. With deep subject matter expertise in XR technology, Dace has extensive experience researching, developing, testing, and applying XR across hundreds of successful projects throughout their career. Dace have been a strong advocate for the use of virtual reality and augmented reality in industry, demonstrating their ability to enhance productivity, sustainability, and equity for designers, builders, and owners. His work has been recognized with multiple awards, underscoring their contributions to advancing industry excellence.

Thomas A. Furness III is an American inventor, professor, and pioneer in virtual reality, He is a professor in the Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering at the University of Washington and the founder of the Human Interface Technology Lab (HIT Lab). Known for his groundbreaking contributions to human interface technology, he is widely recognized as the "Grandfather of Virtual Reality."

Furness was recently honored with the first-ever lifetime achievement award from the Augmented World Expo in Santa Clara, California, celebrating 50 years of service  In 2018, he was elected as a fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

She is an expert reconciling business objectives to technical solutions and often acts as a liaison between project teams and clients in order to deliver quality products within schedule, budget and scope. Her experience in innovation, product development, research, project management, agile software development provides the leadership for managing project life cycles.

Experience in cinema, fashion, theater installations, concerts, commercials and more. Specialized in set design, props, illustration, painting, set building, art direction, production design, and teamwork. Mira leads and supports teams for design projects, film, commercials events, product launches and social media in the USA and Italy with a focus on production design,  social change and sustainability.
